Brewpoint Coffee Shop Update!
Brewpoint Coffee Shop in undergoing renovations. It will feature a slightly revised layout with offering a more open feel to the coffee and dining areas.
The work is expected to be completed around the second week of January 2011. You can still have coffee cakes and snacks in the Soledad Hotel Lobby area, the temporary home of Brewpoint...
If you are looking for a place to enjoy a good cup of coffee or perhaps something to eat, Brewpoint Coffee Shop is worth checking out. Offering free WiFi, a wide range of beverages and a Filipino / Continental menu, Brewpoint is my personal favorite among the coffee shops in Tagbilaran.
I find Brewpoint a great place to check my e-mail and work on this web site. The wifi is free if you order a drink but there is a 50p charge if you want to charge your laptop.
The ambiance is very nice and staff always friendly and polite. As to be expected the place is fully air-conditioned but for those looking to enjoy their evening alfresco, there are a number of tables outside.
Pricing is about average for the Coffee shops of this type, a Tall Café Latte costing 75p, cakes and pastries start around 30p. Brewpoint is a popular coffee shop and is often quite busy at lunchtime and evenings. If you’re in Tagbilaran City and fancy a bite to eat or drink then I recommend a visit to Brewpoint.
Located at Lou Square on the corner of Miguel Paras and J.C Borja St and only a five minute walk from Tabilaran City Center. Most tricycle drivers will know Brewpoint, Solidad Suites or Light Shipping located opposite, so its really easy to find.
If you need a coffee or breakfast before the coffee shop is open then you can visit the Brewpoint Resto Bar. Its located between the coffee shop and Soledad Suites Hotel. They serve a variety of breakfast with the normal Continental, European and Filipino all available.
Why not pop along, if you see a short Englishman sitting there with his laptop it might just be me
